We’re going straight to Hell, Norway for the next round of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. This is one of the classic rallycross tracks that often produce both interesting racing and results, and with EuroRX joining picking the right drivers will be incredibly hard!

Last time at Lydden Hill was special, with the 50th anniversary of rallycross and finally another victory from Petter Solberg. Despite strong results, the Norwegian had gone over 400 days since he last won. The win means that Solberg is right behind Mattias Ekström in the overall standings, but his teammate Johan Kristoffersson also scored lots of points and passed Ekström to become the new championship leader!

In our fantasy game tromoly picked drivers that were only one point short of the maximum possible points, and jumped up to second overall. GiuRX continues his strong form, while Lumpy44, Dusty Ventures and TheTurbochargedSquirrel show consistency and stay in the upper half of our leaderboard.

Hell is one of those classic rallycross tracks that always cause more havoc than clean racing. The track has sharp, high curbs, a first corner gravel joker and large height differences. Try it in DiRT Rally if you want a closer look. A high amount of grip and lots of door-to-door racing means that drivers without much sympathy towards their car or other racers do well here.

We see a whopping 55 supercars entered for WorldRX and EuroRX this round, so you have a lot to chose from. The WorldRX guys should be familiar, but we can remind ourselves about the favourites in EuroRX. Anton Marklund won the first EuroRX round in Barcelona, and with three seasons in WorldRX he is the favourite here as well. Fellow Swede Robin Larsson barely missed the WorldRX semifinals at Hockenheim, and has a no nonsense driving style that fits this track. The home crowd will hope that 2015 EuroRX champion Tommy Rustad can take another win, while Thomas Bryntesson impressed in Barcelona. Henning Solberg also returns in the Eklund Beetle, though he was overdriving it in Barcelona. The Hedström/Hvaal team will also certainly be candidates for the finals.

The rules for participating in Fantasy WorldRX are simple. You pick six drivers from the entry list below and post them in the comments before the racing starts Saturday. You may only pick one driver from each team, but can mix drivers from WorldRX and EuroRX as you want. If your drivers score points in the same order as in your picks, you get an additional 10 points. If you want to do an in-depth analysis before picking, consult the WorldRX stats spreadsheet. You find all the supercar entries below.

To follow the round from Hell, tune in Sunday at 14:00 CEST on their YouTube site or the TV Channel broadcasting in your country.
